SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING/PICK UP POLICY

All orders are made to order to ensure freshness. Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and or federal holidays. During holidays, and or local events that we are participating in this can and will delay processing times. Processing times does not include shipping time.

Most orders are delivered 3-5 business days after receiving your tracking email. Business days does not include weekends and or federal holidays.  All orders over $15 will include insurance. If for any reason your order is lost in transit, damaged, and or stolen, Luminous Skin LLC. will not be held Liable. Please kindly contact us and we will assist you with filing your claim with USPS. Due to COVID-19 USPS has had delays in shipments, however all orders receive tracking numbers for your records.
 

If you have a pick up order, most orders are typically ready within 3 business days. An email will be sent once the order is ready for pick up. Any order not picked up within 3 days of receiving pick up ready email will be automatically canceled without refund unless prior communication is received from the customer. Please follow the pick up instructions listed in your email for a seamless pick up process. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unbale to offer returns or exchanges for orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please kindly contact us and let us know what we can do to improve your experience in the future.
